Efecto antiinflamatorio del gel elaborado a base del extracto hidroalcohólico de Bidens pilosa (Amor Seco) en Rattus rattus var. albinus.
Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar el efecto antiinflamatorio del gel elaborado a base del extracto de Bidens pilosa (Amor Seco) en Rattus rattus var albinus La metodología desarrollada fue de acuerdo al modelo experimental que induce la inflamación por acción de carragenina al 1% inyectada de manera subcutánea en el miembro inferior derecho de la especie animal. Se formaron 3 grupos, que constó de 4 ratas por grupo (Grupo Blanco, Grupo Patrón y Grupo Tratado), después de la aplicación de carragenina en los 3 grupos, se aplicó el gel al 5% del extracto de Bidens pilosa en el grupo tratado, al grupo Patrón se aplicó Diclofenaco gel al 1%, ambas se administraron vía tópica media hora después de la inyección de carragenina, y al grupo blanco no se aplicó nada. Los resultados respecto al porcentaje de inhibición de la inflamación del edema inducido, mostraron que a la 1ra hora hubo 42,39%, a la 3ra hora 74,02% y la 5ta hora 97,81% de inhibición inflamatoria.
