Caracterización de la tributación y rentabilidad de las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio del Perú: caso empresa “Representaciones John Alexander EIRL” – Chimbote, 2019
Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar y describir las características de la tributación y rentabilidad de las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio del Perú y de la empresa “Representaciones John Alexander EIRL” – Chimbote, 2019. La investigación fue cualitativa, no experimental, descriptiva, bibliográfico, documental y de caso, mediante la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. La población estuvo conformada por las Mype del Perú y de muestra la empresa de caso. Los resultados respecto a la tributación y rentabilidad: 1. El acogimiento al Régimen Mype Tributario es una opción favorable para las microempresas, ofrece beneficios tributarios y buenas oportunidades para su formalización y crecimiento, permite pagar menos el IR. ahorrando costos e incrementando la rentabilidad. 2.Mediante una entrevista al gerente a través de preguntas se identificó que la Mype estudiada está inscrita en el Régimen Mype Tributario, declara sus impuestos, extiende comprobantes electrónicos y lleva libros en el programa PLE de SUNAT y en cuanto a su rentabilidad el RMT impacta en los estados financieros en cuanto a la determinación de la renta. 3. Se realizó mediante un cuadro comparativo con los resultados de los objetivos específicos 1 y 2, en lo que respecta a la tributación, la elusión tributaria, la cultura tributaria, los beneficios tributarios, los procesos electrónicos y la rentabilidad, por lo tanto, se concluye en: Identificar las características de la tributación y rentabilidad de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa Representaciones John Alexander EIRL.
