Caracterización del financiamiento, la capacitación y la rentabilidad de las MYPE del sector industrial, rubro Confecciones de Disfraces del distrito de Chimbote, 2018
Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar las principales características del financiamiento, la capacitación y la rentabilidad de las MYPE del sector industrial rubro confecciones de disfraces del distrito de Chimbote, periodo 2018. La Metodología que se empleó fue de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño de investigación no experimental, transversal, descriptiva a una población muestral de 10 MYPE, usando la técnica de la encuesta a través de un cuestionario de 20 ítems. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron que el 100% considera una fuente de financiamiento externa; asimismo, el 80% señala que el financiamiento de su empresa fue de corto plazo; y solo el 20% restante de largo plazo. Respecto a si recibió capacitación para realizar la inversión con su financiamiento, el 80% respondió que no y solo el 20% que sí. En cuanto a que si la capacitación mejora la rentabilidad de la empresa, un contundente 100% de los entrevistados señalaron que sí. Por último, el 80% afirma que sí hubo mejora de la rentabilidad de la empresa en los 2 últimos años y solo el 20% señala que no. Finalmente, se concluyó que las Micro y Pequeñas Empresas (MYPE) optan por el financiamiento externo mayormente a través de financieras. No han considerado a la capacitación como pilar importante para su desarrollo y crecimiento aun considerándolo necesario. En cuanto a la rentabilidad de sus negocios esta ha crecido de modo significativo por el financiamiento, sin embargo, podría crecer aún más si se capacitan.
