Outsourcing como factor relevante de la gestión de calidad y plan de mejora en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector servicios, rubro imprentas, distrito de Barranca, año 2019
Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar las principales características del outsourcing como factor relevante de la gestión de calidad y plan de mejora en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector servicios rubro imprenta, Distrito de Barranca, 2019. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental – transversal. Para la recolección de datos de información, se escogió en forma dirigida, una población de 6 y una muestra de 4 micro y pequeñas empresas, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de 18 preguntas cerradas, mediante la técnica de la encuesta. Obteniéndose como resultado lo siguiente: El 75.00% de los representantes de las micro y pequeñas empresas tienen un grado de instrucción profesional técnico. En su totalidad del 100.00% son los mismos representantes de las micro y pequeñas empresas los administradores de sus negocios. El 75.00% de ellos no conocen el término gestión de calidad. Solo un 25.00% conoce el término Outsourcing.
Esto da como conclusión que las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector servicios, rubro imprentas, Distrito de Barranca, 2019. Son dirigidos por sus mismos propietarios, a quienes les falta asesorarse más sobre esta técnica de gestión, por quienes les van a brindar el servicio, ya que son en su mayoría, solo tienen grado de instrucción no universitario. Esto se ve reflejado en la poca noción sobre el término Gestión de Calidad, a pesar de que alguno de ellos conoce el término outsourcing no saben bien cómo aplicarlo en sus negocios, y que por su inversión obtengan la mayor rentabilidad.
