Gestión de calidad en atención al cliente en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio, rubro venta minorista de calzado, en el centro comercial Santa María de Chimbote, 2017
Abstract
En esta investigación se tuvo como objetivo general, determinar las principales características de la gestión de calidad en atención al cliente de las Micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio, rubro venta minorista de calzado, en el centro comercial Santa María de Chimbote, 2017. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental – trasversal-descriptivo, para el recojo de información se escogió una muestra dirigida de 14 Mypes de una población de 20, a quienes se le amplio un cuestionario de 23 preguntas con los siguientes resultados: El 78.6% de los representantes tienen entre 31 a 50 años de edad. El 50% tienen educación básica. El 78.6% son de género femenino. El 57.1% son dueños de su propio negocio. El 50% no conocen el término de gestión de calidad. El 78,6 % No Aplica la gestión de calidad en el servicio que brinda a su cliente. El 78,6% SI ayudan alcanzar los objetivos y metas de negocio. El 100% SI cumplen fundamental con la atención al cliente para que este regrese de nuevo al negocio. Finalmente, en esta investigación se concluye que las Mypes están administradas por sus propios dueños y son de edad adulta, su educación es básica de tal forma no cuenta con una formación profesional para saber gestionar sus negocios adecuadamente, por eso los dueños consideran que capacitar al personal es un gasto innecesario; por ello tienen como resultado pocas ventas a causa de no conocer el producto y de no saber estrategias asertivas para mejoras su atención.
