Gestión de calidad y formalización de las mypes del sector comercialización de agua de mesa, distrito de Iquitos, año 2016 .
Abstract
La investigación, tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la gestión de calidad y formalización del Sector Comercialización de Agua de Mesa del Distrito de Iquitos. Este documento académico con metodología de investigación del tipo descriptivo – transversal - no experimental, aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de 30 preguntas a través de la técnica de encuesta, obteniéndose como resultados: Del emprendedor; edad: joven adulto “de 30 a 44 años” (41,7%), joven “de 18 a 29 años” (33,3%). El 66,7% de los empresarios son de sexo masculino y 33,3% sexo femenino; el 58,3% cuenta con instrucción universitaria. Respecto a formalización: el 58,3% está formalizado pero un 41,7% tiene aún trámite inconcluso; el 66,7% está constituido como persona jurídica y 33,3% persona natural; el 58,3% está en el Régimen Especial; el 75,0% de las mypes si recibieron asesoría para su constitución; 50,0% considera como ventaja de la formalización el “acceso a crédito bancario”. El 41,7% no cuenta con oficina para atender al público y 75,0% cuenta con envases propios. Respecto a Gestión de Calidad: el 58,3% conoce los alcances de la gestión de calidad; el 83,3% se interesa por la mejora continua; utiliza documentos de gestión entre ellos “presupuesto” (50,0%); el 58,3% no ha establecido su misión, visión y valores (66,7%). El 75,0% no ha diseñado su estructura orgánica ni sigue un plan de negocios (66,7%). Finalmente, el 75,0% de los emprendedores está de acuerdo que la Gestión de Calidad les permite alcanzar sus metas y ha logrado mejores resultados (83,3%).
