Capacitación y gestión de calidad en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio, rubro librería, Urb. 21 de Abril, distrito Chimbote ,2015
Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar las principales características de la gestión de calidad en la capacitación en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector comercio -rubro librería, urb. 21 de abril, distrito Chimbote ,2015. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental trasversal, se utilizó una muestra 7 de una población de 10 a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de 20 preguntas a través de la técnica de encuesta obteniendo los siguientes resultados: Respecto a los representantes: El 50% tienen una edad de 18 a 30 años, el 50% son de sexo masculino, el 50% son de superior no universitaria, el 50% tienen el cargo de dueño, el 60% tiene de 7 años a mas desempeñándose en el cargo. Respecto a las Mypes: El 60% tienen de 7 años a más de permanencia en el rubro, el 100% tienen de 1 a 5 trabajadores, el 100% su empresa se creó para generar ganancia. Respecto a la capacitación: El 70% si se ha capacitado en los últimos años, el 90% se ha capacitado de 1 a 2 veces, el 50% piensa que la capacitación es una inversión, el 50% ha capacitado a su personal, el 40% capacitó a su personal en atención al cliente, el 80% eleva la eficiencia del personal, el 80% considera que la capacitación al personal mejora ganancias de su empresa. Respecto a la gestión de calidad: El 60% conoce el termino gestión de calidad, el 100% conoce técnicas modernas de gestión de calidad, el 70% utiliza técnicas para medir el rendimiento de su personal, el 50% tiene dificultades en la implementación de la gestión de calidad, el 60% cree que la gestión de calidad contribuye a mejorar el rendimiento de su negocio.
