Gestión de calidad y formalización de las Mypes del sector restaurantes turísticos del distrito de Iquitos, año 2016
Abstract
La investigación, tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la gestión de calidad y formalización del Sector Restaurantes Turísticos del distrito de Iquitos año 2016. Para tal efecto, se aplicó metodología de investigación del tipo descriptivo – transversal - no experimental, un cuestionario de 27 preguntas, obteniéndose como resultados: Del emprendedor; edad: joven adulto (30 a 44 años, 47,4%), adulto (45 a 64 años, 26,3%), más de 65 años (15,8%), y joven (18 a 29 años, 10,5%). El 84,2% son de sexo masculino y 15,2% sexo femenino; 63,2% tiene instrucción técnica y 21,1% nivel secundario. Respecto a formalización: el 89,5% está formalizado; el 10,5% está en trámite inconcluso. 73,7% tiene personería jurídica y 26,7% persona natural; el 84,2% está en el Régimen de Amazonia; el 52,6% considera como ventaja de la formalización “posicionarse en el mercado” y el 26,3% reflejar “credibilidad”. El 47,4% cuenta con capital de trabajo “propio”. Respecto a Gestión de Calidad: el 47,4% dice conocer los alcances de la gestión de calidad; el 68,4% se interesa por la mejora continua; el 21,1% utiliza “solo algunos” documentos de gestión; el 26,3% utiliza “plan estratégico”;52,6% utilizan “Presupuesto”; el 78,9% no ha establecido su misión, visión y valores. El 31,6% ha diseñado su estructura orgánica y 47,4% sigue un plan de negocios. Finalmente, el 68,4% de los emprendedores está de acuerdo que la Gestión de Calidad permite alcanzar sus objetivos y ha logrado “rentabilidad” (31,6%), “mejor participación en el mercado” (10,5%), “competitividad” (26,3%).
